Terms of Service

Voila Technology is committed to empowering every student to make transformational improvements through dedicated attention and personalized education.  That is our mission and we deliver results consistent to the unique student profiles we are privileged to work with every day.

It is important to recognize that every student arrives to their own educational opportunity at Voila Technology with unique learning styles and current level of complex capabilities.  We know that student’s retain information differently and will achieve progress at the pace suited to their long-term needs.

Our objective is to work with each participant in the evaluation process to establish realistic learning goals and a systemic process to achieve those goals.  However due to external and uncontrollable factors that may be introduced into the educational process (student action, health, services or materials not provided by Voila Technology, etc.)  Voila Technology Inc cannot fully guarantee outcomes e.g., learning targets being fully achieved on targeted timelines.

LIMITED LIABILITY. WITH REGARD TO THE SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY VOILA TECHNOLOGY INC (THE COMPANY), THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE CLIENT OR TO ANYONE WHO MAY CLAIM ANY RIGHT DUE TO HIS OR HER RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CLIENT FOR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS IN THE PERFORMANCE OF SAID SERVICES ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY OR ON THE PART OF THE AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY. THE CLIENT SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD THE COMPANY HARMLESS FROM ANY OBLIGATIONS, COSTS CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, ATTORNEYS' FEES AND ATTACHMENTS ARISING FROM OR GROWING OUT OF THE SERVICES RENDERED TO THE CLIENT OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE RENDERING OF SAID SERVICES.   

Voila Technology does commit to offering ongoing evaluation services and educational resources to each student in a way that can continue Assistive Technology Training until key objectives are met.  We are here for the student.  Your empowerment is the collective goal.
